This booklet is the guide we wish we had when we were faced with surgery. Created through countless hours of dedication, generosity, and care, it’s a labor of love born from the belief that everyone deserves access to accurate, practical, and compassionate information – regardless of their ability to pay.

Poster & Trifold
We’ve created a poster and trifold to help raise awareness about surgical menopause and support those navigating this transition. They provide clear, accessible information on the essentials of surgical menopause, and are designed to be shared in clinics, workplaces, community spaces, or online.
These materials let people know they are not alone and that help is available. By sharing them, you can help start important conversations and connect more people with the guidance and support they need.
What’s Next?
We’re just getting started, and our library will continue to grow. Be sure to check back for new printable guides and tools.
