Those specifically recommended by women in surgical menopause have also been identified.

To help you navigate the healthcare professionals, you’ll find the following abbreviations:

AMS: Listed on the American Menopause Society (AMS) website.
BMS: Listed on the British Menopause Society (BMS) website.
NAMS: Listed on the Menopause Society, formerly known as the North American Menopause Society (NAMS).
SurMeno: Specific interest in surgical menopause or recommended by other women in surgical menopause.

Many clinics and doctors listed here offer telehealth consultations nationwide. Look for the note (Telehealth consultations available) next to their names to identify providers who offer virtual care options.

Please remember that not every healthcare professional will be the perfect fit for you, and it’s completely normal if the first person you try isn’t the right match. Keep looking until you find someone who can provide the care and support you need.
